LAMZU Price Difference Reimbursement

Got the reimbursement entry set up here and the difference was refunded in a couple of days, no back-and-forth needed. It's not a physical item, just the credit covering what I overpaid on my earlier order, and it landed exactly as promised.

Customer service sorted the price difference for me within a day of me sending the screenshot, no back-and-forth at all. The reimbursement came through as a separate entry just like the listing says it would. Way less hassle than I expected for a price adjustment.

Had a price drop right after I ordered and they sorted the difference out for me without any back and forth. The reimbursement came through faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
